On-Topic: Making up false statistics will not gain you any credibility first of all.
I do believe that the rates are lower, it is still possible to farm.
Farming is just tedious work, you can still gain graalats.

And what do you mean by "hard earned cash" ? Maybe in your case but most of the people on graal are kids who begged their parents for money to buy an itunes card.

Yes because spending $3 just to get more money on a game is totally worth it. If I wanted a custom head I would have to pay like $8.
