I haven't studied anything (except for spanish) ever yet I still do fine. Anyway, if you actually care about school do well. If you don't, don't do well, don't post this and go be a part time walmart employe.

It's just my teacher always pulls a bunch off bull**** like the first question has to be really detailed but if the second question has too much detail, it's marked wrong. The questions are also really cryptic, for example, Signing the Constitution's first answer was 40, but the paper only said 22 and we were supposed to figure it out by ourselves without any information.

Well, it's kind of late in the school year, but you could try to switch into a different teachers class. Talk to your parents, get 'em to call the school and get you into a different class.

That is simply not true and very close minded. You can care about school and still struggle, its all about how your mind is trained. Procrastination is a serious problem for some people even if they truly care about their schooling, and it can't always be changed overnight or by suddenly having a revelation. Your mind is like a muscle, it has to be "worked out" to function well in specific areas, and the same goes for studying.

I seriously get hardly anything done at home, but I have a study hall in place of an elective, in which I do all of my homework. I'm sort of forced to do work because I can't just whip out my phone and check Facebook. This is definitely something you should look into if you have trouble focusing.

I remember when I had study-hall I would just sleep. Both high schools I went to I had to wake up at like 5am so I was never in the mood to do school work when I had the option to take a nap lol.

I get a lot of work done at the public library though. The atmosphere puts me in the mood to do work.

I have something like that after school, too bad it's so short.

And the first semester is suppose to be the EASY one. The first quarter is just reviewing crap and the second quarter is just the introductory early crap.
I always banked on my first semester so I could slack off my second...not recommended but it's a fail-safe heheh.
