Incredible system! May I suggest warp access outside of unstuck me to be restricted to Citizens only? Grievers may just stick around until they have building rights, and then use warps to destroy things.

Jonus is probably the best builder, so he'd make the VIP area for veterans only. Being the only veteran, he'd just make an area for himself.
