Probably a monitor, a bicycle (not exactly sure what it is known as, but it's just on stilts and you pedal), a several places of loads, treadmill machine, a lapping share, and everything.

Shoulder presses look pretty gym-oriented. Treadmills, ellipticals, bikes should all work fine.

Like the idea, it could add more room variation in peoples' houses.
