Actually someone can be charged in court with a sentence then later it can be increased or decreased. Normally seen in "for life" cases. Law n order mayne

right i cant be bothered to go back and get quotes now but at the begining admins were saying duke wasnt banned to keep player count up but then later on admins were telling people to quit.... Doesnt make sense and also the people saying this was the right thing to do and saying what could be better way of sorting it obviously dont have the brains to work out the good thing to do or as was said earlier use "common sense"
