I tend to see everyone posting they're applications here. You're not supposed to! E-mail them your application at the e-mail matt shows.

Apply to the e-mail matt shows. Also, I believe if you have a tendency to get banned a lot they won't hire you. But if you've only been ban once or something you can still get hired. The thing is, they look mostly into the applications that stand out. So just take your time and make a good application.
