There are some nice arguments going on here, but it's pretty much all for nothing, unless you just want to "win" the argument(No one here is going to change their opinion on the matter). The high ups don't really care, they're just going to keep doing what they're doing, and you all will just have to deal with it regardless of any points you make. Just the way it is, sorry.
