I have nothing to dedicate nor do i want to dedicate because just like admins... Im busy doing other things in life and i don't want a position where i get hammered by such an awful fanbase that only tries to push me so far for this type of content.. also, im learning C++ and Java because my major right now is Game Design (aas) and i have nothing to do with Graal other than playing on it and talking with my friends.. You're just bagging on me for no reason.. and if it is a reason, its gotta do something with the game you Graal addict...

First off, the staff is entirely dedicated so idk where the hell have you been.. The marriage system is now working, questions are being answered by most admins (even Xor), new places and shops are opening up... Seriously, you haven't seen any of the Changes for the 2012 Graal Classic..

You're trying to not take me seriously when i can't take you seriously... at all! You're not professional at all and you aren't right in any of your ways.. You're just listing random sections of Graal and complaining on things they just improved/made in 2012.. There is going to be new events and the staff are entirely dedicated... Because if they did not, you wouldn't be seeing the new marriage system, any events, no more uploads, no more GST's, and other huge improvements

If you're trying to argue against me and yephen and bag on both of us just to get a higher reputation, you're doing a terrible job on your own. Since you're a "Graal addict", why don't you actually play it and look around... i only played the iPhone version of Graal Classic and never touched the PC version, yet i still more know than you..

i love how you sneaked some of your qualifications into this post. im bagging on you because you only make your positions because you want to be hired.

you just dont want to make it sound like your going for a staff position because according to NYN's guide, you wont get it if you do.

also i feel like someone in game design should be able to see how badly iclassic is designed.

im just someone whos seen this game evolve over the last 2 years, and see a ton of potential go to waste. excuse me for wanting to see actual content added to this game, but i've seen actual content on PC graal and i want it here. this is graals most popular server, yet its also one of the worst.

You can't really say ALL staff are useless, true some aren't exactly "good admins" but there are a few admins who are dedicated to their job, aren't stuck up, take there time to help you, and don't just go around bragging and abusing their powers.

Ok... My explanation is too long. Basically, there are a lot of GPs because there are a lot of people who play and if there were less, but they suddenly couldn't get on, then the whole system would fall. Also, the GPs can answer feedback and reports if hackers or glitchers are about, but for the most part, there are areas that might have no people to report glitchers. There are so many of those spots, a single GP can't handle it all. So they need a few. Also- timezones. I really do not know if that made sense, but it's shorter than my original response.

So you're doing this for the players? Not all players care. They enjoy the social aspect, and those that don't can get their guild to go do CTF or spar, as most do. The events part is slowly being managed, and will most likely be better by the summer.

Lol, i hope you realise this is a game and not everyone takes it as serious as you. If you have any quote of me "sucking up" feel free to post it. I would like to know what you mean by "posts like me".

Pix works for three other iPhone servers. Oh, and he runs Graalians MC. That's four major jobs right there - four persons worth of work. Clearly they aren't hiring him because they know he won't be as dedicated to iClassic or have time to work there. + I find it fishy when people want to work everywhere.
