better start looking for a tiger because American voters don't care about the real issues

The real issues are the issues voters care about. And the comments made by Mr. Trump made it very clear how he feels about certain issues

then does it matter what Hillary Clinton said to wall street 10 years ago? Yes. Just as the Trump video matters. It's a matter of character.

Oh really? Educate me on the real issues and how Trump feels about them

Because if you think locker room talk with a TV personality about how it's easy to have sex with women when you're famous is a real issue, please sell your vote to someone that's a little more emotionally developed

You know, it's really hypocritical that the same people who are defending Trump for these comments are bashing Bill Clinton for rape allegations, even though there's no proof. Are allegations real issues?

5hift 10-09-2016 02:51 PM

Ok how is this in any way related to politics?

Trying to dig up dirt on almost completely unrelated topics isn't proving any political point let alone affect how these people are going to run a ****ing country.

See **** like this is why I absolutely hate and can't take this election seriously. Its like I'm watching a ****ty fake MTV drama.

At least Romney and Obama were humble enough not to ****ing attack each other at points that were completely unnecessary.

**** me I miss 2012.

And yet Mr. Trump still brings up the Bill Clinton rape accusations.

I don't care about Bill Clinton or who he's raped, I care about people who hijack these non-issue talking points to take advantage of the lesser-intelligent voters of America. That's the role of the media with these non-political smear stories.

This piss-poor logic of judging someone's ability to fix a country's stability and security by comments he made in a private conversation 10+ years ago... It's about as sensible as going to your barber and judging if you should use his services or not based on if he's a vegan.

The saddest part is we're afraid to admit what Trump said is true... Yes, when you are rich and famous women throw themselves at you and probably let you do anything you want. While grabbing them by the coochie isn't the most eloquent way to put it, to liken that to Trump "forcing himself on women" is a joke. Trump is going to lose the election because he told Billy Bush that famous dudes get bitches. That's hilarious and sad when you consider who his opponent is and what she's done.

I really wish people focused on actual politics with Presidential elections. Arguing about the pro's and con's of tax plans and policy changes, as opposed to "your husband did this" or "look what you did in the early nineties!". It's all mostly a game, less about what you support and more about your public image.

It's hard to watch the debates when so little relevant information is given. Part of that is the structure(2 minutes is a very short time limit to explain anything, let alone your plan for topics like Global Warming or our economy). I would much rather have the debates focus on 1-2 topics have them be longer and more in-detail. Not sure how the rest of you feel about that though.

I'm undecided, I've been flip flopping between them for awhile, so soon hopefully one of them can convince me, because at the moment their campaigns have just been spinning their wheels.

It's still an issue. Partly because, like The Doctor said, American's care about it. This is where Hillary's experience is a huge factor. She has the connections and experience to avoid these bad press loops. Whether it be laughing off questions, refusing certain interviews, or whatever, it's something that keeps her image intact. Trump doesn't. He's been getting eaten alive in the press, partly because he has built his campaign around the press, but also because he can't help a story die. Why did he even respond to the Birthers question with a legitimate response? He could've just said it's over, end of story. he didn't help himself when he responded the way he did.

If Women feel like Trump doesn't respect them or is degrading towards them(what has he done to prove otherwise, outside of saying "I respect women more than anyone"? I'm serious, I don't know, if someone else does) then they won't vote for him as they would normally. it isn't about policy, it's about image and what believe your character to be.

PigParty 10-09-2016 03:33 PM

First of all, Trump has caused many of these non-policy issues to be in the news all the time. Hillary Clinton brought up the Miss Universe thing during the debate, and Trump couldn't shut his mouth and let the story die. He caused it to be in the news for so long. Also, anything and everything a candidate has done or said is an issue. It may get tiring hearing only non-policy, character issues, but that's what this election sadly is. I wouldn't shop at a pet store that supports dog fighting, so why would I vote for someone for President if their words or actions go against my beliefs? Trump has every bad press he's getting coming to him. I watch CNN and he deserves all the coverage he's getting for his video, but I'm also disappointed that CNN isn't at all covering Hillary Clinton's recently released Wall Street transcripts and emails. It doesn't bother me that this Trump story is as big of an issue as it is, but it bothers me that the press is making it the only issue.

Eugeen 10-09-2016 03:55 PM

Americas presidential debates are on the same level as youtube drama now lol

Colin 10-09-2016 03:58 PM

A lot of women said they still support Trump after the video, it was locker room banter 11 years ago, Hilary's probably said things just as bad in her private life.

They've definitely had this video for a while now, no way they magically found it right when Assange released those Hilary e-mails. It's a distraction and nothing more.

Admiral 10-09-2016 04:47 PM

There's a huge difference in what somebody says and what somebody has actually done though. Trump may have said things in not the most elegant way but hey vote for the woman who has covered for her husband multiple times on sexual harrassment/rape issues, smeared those victims names and pretty much anyone man or woman who has got in the way of her ambition, and gave someone who raped a 12 year old woman the all clear.

Yeah you're right this is unrelated to her political points and it sucks that this is what it has come to, and yes Trump in no way is a perfect person himself, but if u wanna talk about the things that show someones character then hey proof is in the pudding

Macbeth 10-09-2016 06:55 PM

To be honest, these are all I needed to see the hypocrisy that Hillary Clinton is.
