Its not, trust me. They would give out an appliation. If they were hiring, i would have easily sent in an application for GFX, LAT, and Dev

Actually from what I've heard we are usually excepting most development staff year round. Just send in some work to see if its liked.

We don't do applications to everyone these days; usually get back too many bad and waste of time applications.
