I was jump roping for so long for the 10000 achievement and by the time I came back I was disconnected from the game server so they didnt count any of the jumps.

Like Johnaudi said, just type a word in the chat to remain connected every 5 minutes.
And iSilver, there is also a 10k jumps one.

Easy way. Jump rope while on trampoline. You won't time out.
