Graal Pixel Art Tutorials :: Collab Thread ::
http://i45.tinypic.com/qnr62e.png (Unsupported image host) First I want to disclaim this idea; lots of forums with art have threads like this, and I thought we needed one. Plenty of people have made super handy tutorials but eventually their thread gets lost in the past and others don't know they exist. Just to keep track of em all, anybody can post their tutorial on here. You don't have to directly post your tutorial here, you can still make your own thread. I'll just link it here, if you don't mind. owo It's meant to be a free resource specifically for Graalians, beginners or intermediates or maybe even some experienced to touch up. It's for everyone to enjoy and learn from <3 http://i50.tinypic.com/wrfbcg.png (Unsupported image host) http://i48.tinypic.com/27zbzuq.png (Unsupported image host) 1. Do not start art/tutorial theft claims on this thread. It ruins the learning/helpful mood of this thread. If it's only tutorial related, you can message me so I can deal with the situation, or if it's on a larger scale, you make your own thread. xD 2. This is a tutorial thread guys. Be nice. Be helpful. orgtfoandiwon'tlikeyou 3. Also feel free to ask extra questions here, or openly request for a certain kind of tutorial. Someone will definitely try to answer your question, and sometimes artists need tutorial ideas. 4. If you know about any other tutorials/resources, please link it! Even if it isn't posted on this forum and it's from another website, it'll surely help someone. http://i50.tinypic.com/wrfbcg.png (Unsupported image host) http://i50.tinypic.com/350mjh2.png (Unsupported image host) Note: Original creators are marked. Please give credit and thanks to them. c: Also, if you feel uncomfortable with your tutorial being placed here, that's fine, I'll take it off, not a problem. :HEAD TUTORIALS: LiA | Type: Blinking | Program: GIMP | Difficulty: Easy Tyler | Type: Blinking | Program: Photoshop + MySpaceGens.com | Difficulty: Easy :BODY TUTORIALS: LiA | Type: Indexing | Program: GIMP | Difficulty: Easy LiA | Type: Indexing | Program: Photoshop | Difficulty: Easy :FURNITURE/STATUE TUTORIALS: Latte | Type: Chair | Program: Any | Difficulty: Easy/Medium :GUN TUTORIALS: :SHADING TUTORIALS: Siggy | Covers: Basics & Most Used Techniques | Program: Any | Difficulty: Easy LiA | Covers: Recoloring in 10 Seconds | Program: Photoshop | Difficulty: Easy :SCRIPTING TUTORIALS: Emera | Type: Character NPC | Program: GraalEditor & Gonstruct | Difficulty: Easy Twinny | Type: Putting a Head on an NPC | Program: GraalEditor | Difficulty: Easy/Medium :LEVELING TUTORIALS: Various PC Levelers | Type: -- | Program: GraalEditor | Difficulty: Varies :GENERAL TUTORIALS: Bam | Type: Basics & Shading | Difficulty: Easy http://i50.tinypic.com/wrfbcg.png (Unsupported image host) FREE RESOURCES GraalDepot - Because these guys take other peoples' uploads without permission, I wouldn't try to edit anything besides the heads/bodies/shields that are Graal's originals. People always ask the same kinds of questions when it comes to heads, bodies, etc. How do you make a blinking head? How do you make a body color-changeable? What's a good way to shade? People make tutorials on these, but they're spread all over the place, and for gfx-ers who aren't so handy with the internet, it's hard to locate all of the ones they need. I wanted to make a user-friendly thread so regular artists progress their gfx skills easier, without worrying about questions they can't find answers to. With that said,
