Instant = no lines, each pair joins instantly. If devs decide to go more advanced: 10+ people (example) join at the same time, queue can randomly pair them up in any random order. 1st with 5th, etc. queue can decide to put you against someone with the closest ratio to you. |

No, I wouldn't mind this, since I can finish matches quickly. But, what about people who just stay back the whole time, run away, or those matches with delayers. Those take too long. Of course I would want there to be a timer, especially if I can hit first, and run away the whole time, keeping advantage, but that would easily be abused. Plus, not everyone can combo people, and finish a spar in 5 seconds. BUTTT A timer would be good, if they can't find another way to make spars quicker. Most of my spars don't last more than 30 seconds, but yeah there are those that like to stay back. A timer would make people more aggressive, and not stay back as much. Maybe instead of a timer, a "posion", like you would both lose 0.5 hp, every 10 seconds, if you don't hit each other for 10 seconds, after the 30 second mark. (Too confusing?) |
