why not making house more bigger and also the player can have the option of how many grass they want or more he can create his house layout

Late answer but tbh having more grass wont make players purchase less packs , because having more grass will just make them able to farm more and this doesnt mean theyr gralats profit will be better , it will only depends on how much the player farm. Or i mean by his own efforts.

If i could add more gass to my house i wouldn't build anything out of it apart a big farm.  

Actually... He's kinda got a point.
But, the house system is the way it is because of a lot of reasons we have delved into in the past... Dusty had talked about how the current system is very delicate, code wise, and that renovating it, so to speak, would be very difficult.

The game has been created over a long period of time by a lot of different hands... It's getting updated, slowly but surely... tilesets and tile laying for houses would be sweet, but don't hold your breath.  

I can only see this happening if they make it so that the grass fills back slower depending on how many grass tiles you have.
