Stop responding. You're digging a hole deep, and trust me I know from experience the more you talk the dumber you sound the more hate you get. If you have aspirations to be an admin wait til applications go out, apply... If you're not chosen wait again then apply etc. making these post won't get you anywhere.

I can speak 4 languages and i make bodies, heads guns, and cars for very cheap prices. Most admins don't even go on or do anything except like Alpho who doesn't get credit for his awesome work or iMask for doing exceptional SFX or iBliss who makes sweet ganis. Well I really want to work for era and ACTUALLY do something to support era and I want to make guns, hats, and all weapons tradeable so that trading isn't a scam every time some one says they got a brella for you. There should be safer trades. There should be more fun in the game instead of killing everyone 24/7.
Admit it, era was way more fun in 2011 or 2010. But look where we are now...
People raging and bullying and swearing and soon this game will fall apart. You can tell pro people from the noobs and everybody lies and cheats and tries to hack. Some admins abuse powers and even insult players, which I've seen, and make unfair choices and provoke the players after wards.

Please, comment below is you support these ideas and support me.

wahdofok happened here... the first time i visited this thread was like " you could become a pr if you do blag balhba" and then now it became " HOLY SHIIEIEEET "  

wow everyone on here is either a troll, or trying to actually do something and 99% of the people I've seen are just trolling. I was just trying to make a point not start a fight. I have actually been playing era for three years so I really am not an idiot. And now everyone is ganging up on me I'm gonna stop posting now. And actually I'm talking with Rufus now, so.  

That's just how these forums have become dude. Years ago people would actually encourage you to follow your goals, but the hate here is taking over and I don't really see a point of a era section if almost everyone hates it. Not saying you're wrong for making this thread, but you say you can do graphics right? Why not make that thread instead of this so people can help you get closer to your goal.

So, you're basically naming the only developers you know. There are a lot more than just 3 people on the development team, you do realize that. You're doing the exact thing you just said you shouldn't do, not give them credit.
It's not even a graphics job to create 'cheap guns', hence why there is a position called 'Gun Admin', not 'A graphics staff which chooses cheap gun prices'.
Tell me what ganis iBliss has made, or what Alpho has created.

If you want to trade everything in your inventory, go to iZone. You cannot change any trading options if you become staff, you have no right to do that. It is impossible to trade without scamming, regardless of how many security blocks you put in, though I doubt you can even do that. You're only wanting to become a "translator" or a "graphics", not a coder, of whom creates all the security.

Which is why I will try my hardest and work to the max until I have solved every single one of these problems and help extend era to more countries.

It's not a translator or a graphics job to do that, you do realize that.
Only way you'd actually be helping at all, is if you did your job, and not waste it on things like 'solving every single one of those problems'. Leave that for the PRs, who are supposed to deal with those kinds. It is impossible to get rid of all those problems, regardless of how hard one may try.
