Hello. What's up with the support email? No body responds to either classic at graalonline or Support dot toonslab. I need to get the email I identify with changed, as my internet service provider (Comcast) is being changed. I've been told they can change your email when this is the cause so I emailed support four weeks ago. No response, then I contact in game staff, and they say they will pass it on. and I hear nothing about it. How come we can't just change our own email? And how do I go about getting this fixed?
It should be noted I have iTunes recipets of purchases in graal dating back to 2013, using the email I currently have.
