Well think: A crow would be a hat people could make their main. The hearts would just only be a valentine's day hat that's only good around valentine's day.

Well that's also what I was thinking but the polls don't lie. People seem to want the heart hat the most.

-A bouquet of flowers hat with ur head in the middle (like the pencil/meat hat)
-a heart earmuffs and scarf (the hearts resonates and glows)
-A swan mount or a hat(the neck bent like a half heart so that you can mount face to face with your couple and form a heart)
-an actual human heart hat with ur head in the middle (it pumps and beat)
