I've tried quitting... twice. Not many people willing to work at 4am

Damn, I went through something similar D:

Best advice: If you're serious about quitting, try finding another job while you're still working there. Even if it's just putting your resume out in other places via email or in person while you're not working. You'll eventually find something!

Also; working at 4am isn't the best and not many people like doing it, but they'll eventually find someone else if you don't really want to continue it. In the end it shows your dedication especially if you're the one getting most of those shifts! Don't feel too obliged to keep doing it though if it's getting a bit too much.

My new job interferes with my current one. My last day is the 8th but my training starts the 4th. I kinda wanna just walk out of the job like all my other coworkers but I can't

Have you told them that you need to do training with your new job? Surely your old workplace would understand and give you the days off. I had the exact same thing happen to me and they were quite understanding of the situation.

Other coworkers did the same where I worked, mainly because as soon as they knew they'd be getting another job they put in 0 effort. Leaving early/taking days off for training though is a completely legitimate reason because at the end of the day you have to do what's best for you and your new job!

Also, congratulations on getting another job!

Yeah pretty much
I find hot drinks pretty gross in general even when it's cold outside.
I like it because the flavor isn't as strong
But i also like it when it's just cold but still liquid
