Just delete ctf or make it so you can kill without getting a kill.

If it was this easy I would have done it. I actually spent a lot of time messing with CTF when I closed it, and eventually I had to give up. I did end up converting bows and bombs to a custom ammo value for CTF to eliminate absolutely any chance of players using CTF for cheap ammo. Most of Classic is still using default systems, including hit detection and everything associated with that. So when you kill a player default is providing you the kill, not a script.
I can hackishly fix these issues, but it would be
very hard to account for the many various exploits players tend to figure out, and I'd hate for hackish systems to introduce some bad exploit, or worse, do something like accidentally taking away players kills. I would rather address the root of the issues here(respawning with .5 HP), but this is something Stefan needs to fix.
However Railroads are entering the last legs of development so I haven't the time to look at CTF. If I get some free time though maybe I'll check alternative
safe fixes.
