Hello, today while sparring my ingame head was deleted.
Why is that? I just want to know  

I would submit a ticket to toonslab or whatever it is and see if they could do something try that if not ask an admin in game idk really.  

You should be able to contact a graphic admin they should be able to check the logs and let you know. You should post your head here and I might be able to let you know why it was refunded- if it was refunded rightfully and wasn't abuse, which does happen sometimes.

Had no idea you were still active. It's been a long time since I have seen any of your posts haha.

And I agree- if this is to be discussed and not closed with a "link to toonslab support" post, then there needs to be the head provided so we can constructively look at what maybe caused it to be refunded.

Quite lucky you were refunded, I have had issues getting a full refund on heads they accepted in the past. In fact, I never got them

I don't care about money on Classic anymore though. Only thing I can buy is hats and who cares I got the best hats around- the old rare ones.  

Well the only thing not standard head-like on it is shoulderpads. And since that is allowed I really dont see a reason to remove it.

I'm pretty sure his head looks like his icon. I've seen your head before though, if that's the one you're referring to.

It's basically the sparring looking head with the headband and parted hair.  

I guess this was more a question asked for classic staff than anyone else. It was late and I was tired, didn't think things through.

It has a headband? That was probably the problem.  

The problem with the whole graphics system on every server of Graal is that admins vary in where to draw the line where it comes to how a graphic complies with the rules.

For some admins, headbands are cool and look nothing like an in game hat.
However, for some admins, headbands are too much and look like a hat and need to be refunded.

Same might go for shoulder pads.

While I am at it, are you sure your graphic had no floating pixels, flashy colors, wrong frames, signatures, ect? I have heard of these causing heads to be deleted
