So this is the problem, everytime i try to upload and go to the website but it takes so long to load then if its done loading it says "This site can't be reached" so is it me or nah?

Is it a GIF custom? If it is, you can use this site to optimise it. Upload it and in the drop-down menu and click remove duplicate frames. The GIF will remain the same, but ~75% of the file size will be cut, leaving you the ability to upload.

By the way, I've found out Internet Explorer is more accepting when it comes to uploading customs for some reason, although with this problem it might not work.

Thats not what i meant, i mean the website wont load to me and it doesnt let me request for my upload.  

Sounds technical. Try resetting your wifi and maybe clearing your cache. Do other websites load?  

how did this "<insert something weird> "or nah"" even happen?... why did you not just write "not"?

Popularisation goes back to 2013 when Vine was still a thing. Some dude made a Vine and the punchline was "or nah". It caught on and plagued us ever since.

Other websites load well and fast but the Classic Image upload web doesnt load and it says "This site can't be reached"  

Might be upload ban?

Nah.... i never got upload ban and i didnt spam upload requests, also didnt got blacklisted
