• Bamboo Rod - Block isn't canceled when penetrated. Also, if a bullet penetrates its block, it absobrbs 25% of the damage (an 8 damage gun will deal 6).

Lightsaber and Umbrella:

• Will not reflect allies' bullets- this seems useless to me.
• Will look into changing directions in block mode.
• Will look into decreasing vulnerability when in block mode- that freeze is brutal.
• Will make these two items different, while retaining their appropriate value.

The reflect bullets seemed pretty useless to me, I'm thinking of removing the reflect to the Lightsaber alltogether and making that an umbrella exclusive; but the Lightsaber would have a higher chance of block.

Shipka:
I just sparred with it for 30 minutes, here's what I got:

• Rate of Fire: Shouldn't be increased- it's almost equal to M4.
• Freeze: Shouldn't be increased- it gains freeze in exchange for the ability to shoot two bullets. Besides- the freeze isn't bad.
• Clip: Doesn't really need more clip, because it's got a reload-freeze that's hardly noticeable. The time it takes you to reload is about the same as it takes you to fire a bullet.
• Damage: It's packing 8 damage right now- I'm not convinced that it needs to do more.

I feel that it's up to PAR with the Sten and M4.
If I were to increase the Shipka's freeze(which is the only drawback it really has), it would be overpowered, and easily outclass the Sten and M4.

I'm not fond of the idea of regular guns outclassing the M4 and Sten. They're top-tier guns; any improvement and they'd be overpowered.

The real question is the Shipka's price- Is it worth 120k? I don't think so. I would have priced this weapon to about 80k on the current economic scale. A gun that shoots two bullets can only go so fast before it becomes overpowered. Somebody promised an overpowered gun when they set that price to 120k. Sorry to break their promise, but I'm not making an overpowered gun.

I'll play with it some more to see if anything else can be done to justify those of you who paid 120k for it. I'll also compare it to other guns in its class (Dual Handguns, AP0, and ACR), and adjust those accordingly.

Luger:
I just spent about an hour having fun with this thing.

• Reload: Fitting. Has an almost invisible freeze on reload. This is where it shines.
• Freeze: Not bad, but could use some work.
• Rate of Fire:
• Damage: 10. Fitting for an event gun.

Ask me, this gun rocks.
The only thing bearing weight on its value is its freeze.
Will look into it.

PBP
I based with this yesterday- This dominates in bases.
If a Gym system is implimented, where walk speed is increased, PBP won't be as effective.
You could easily get out of the way of its bullets, while returning a shot or two.
I'll wait to see the verdict on that before I make any changes to it.

M16 - Buffed.
MP40 (Though I think somebody reverted it, I've gotta check that out.) - Buffed.
Morano Thompson - Buffed to compete with the M4 and Sten. It's over 80k.
MK23s - Now they're DEagles with spread and 7 damage. Same price, similar stats.
Luger - Freeze has been lowered - 40EC item was being outclassed by Colt.
Steam Punk Pistol - Nerfed - Was too powerful for a 6k gun.
Crab Dagger - knockback is now 10% chance.
Bamboo Rod - Block isn't cancelled. when penetrated. Absorbs 25% of taken damage.
Pirate Spear - Z attack had no freeze. This has been fixed.

Well, now my crab dagger is useless to me. The only reason I got it was for the knockback. Graal has failed me again.

Ill see what feedback I get at 10%, I was thinking it may have been too little, but something had to be done quick. It was overpowering every other melee.

Meph, umbrella/saber does not deflect allies or members bullets, it does not rotate to any degrees whilst being in deflection mode(like it use to before), also any melee would kill you in a combat if your in the deflection mode.. And a new nerf where if you try to enter the deflection and you get hit you freezes for 3 seconds letting your enemy kill you within few seconds.. That is why all owners of saber/umbrella are disappointed

Thank you for bringing these points to light. Saber/umbrella are next on my list.

Old/new nerf: Katana has also lost its speed where a nerf was put into action couple/few months ago.. Where it slightly freezes.

Will check it out and weigh its worth and damage against other melees of the same class.

it will be nice that if you killed people using your AC cannon it will coung as a kill (when you shoot somebody with the AC the person dies but you don't get the kill, because the fire kill him/her not you... I think it should be changed...)

That's funny- we had that problem on PC Era. Must be the same script.
We fixed it on PC Era by giving the kill to the last person that hit you.
i.e, if i shoot you, and you run into fire, I get the kill.

If you're right, I agree. Each bullet should deal 8 damage.

Do you see "pro" sparrers who use shipka now? shipka got junked since M4 has been released.

"Pros" have more dignity than to use a gun that fires two bullets.

The mk23 is really weak in performance. It's the same price as Desert Eagle but mk23 is weaker (7 damage) and has a long freeze rate.

Will definitely look at this sooner than later.

I personally think saber should be totally different to umrella, because umbrella as been used in many movies as a deflection weapon such as the great batman movies which was used by the penguin, I think saber should totally have a different affects on attacking or killing, like the star wars,perhaps enable after having 10 streaks you get 2 insta kills with saber and also have a high block rate on it.. And able to smash base doors upon 1 strike who've makes it fast and better then any other melee in era.. And I'm sure it will worth its price for 100 ec?

I agree- the two should be different. We've just gotta find out how.
Personally, I don't see them as 'equal'. I believe the Lightsaber should be of higher value because it's there are less of them on the server, and it's more difficult to obtain one. (There are over 50 umbrellas on the server).

I'm not in favor of the 'insta kill' idea-- I think it's not fair for that 11th person.

Buff the FAMAS. Needs to be a 8 damage tec. Famas = a waste because you can get a steampun witch is the same thing as a famas
