I only eat chicken. I feel bad about it but if I don't eat chicken I get minimal protein because I can't eat a lot of foods.
I've never eaten red meat, and eventually I plan on replacing chicken with soy/mushroom products when my body is able to handle it.
I absolutely support the fair treatment of animals and I only eat farm raised chickens, no fast food if I'm able.
I've been vegetarian before and it was a pleasant change for my body in some ways.
I plan on trying to go back to the lifestyle sometime this year.
