that's dumb. If you're going to pay a fee, why not let all items be tradeable? I used to understand why, if it was a hard-to-get item, and/or auction 'rare' it makes sense to make them non-droppable so players wouldn't lose them. However if there is going to be a toll to pay with each trade, I feel all items ( guns, ehhhhhh there not really items ) should be tradable ONLY threw this system., I.e Still not droppable, but still tradeable.
