So I went ahead and bought ESO Gold Edition for PC. Entered my code and let the game download for itself. No sweat right? Holy hell, these past two days been nothing but trouble. After the game downloaded, I log on when the client launches only to be greeted with a access code message. It simply states that I need an access code that will be sent to my e-mail to get into the game. No biggie except I checked my e-mail and no code was to be found. I checked everywhere on Gmail, from all mails to spam and trash and nothing. I waited a few hours and still no code. I tried logging in a few more times and get asked for the access code. I try to change my email address but guess what? You need an access code for that too! Didn't get that one either. I eventually ended up contacting support telling them my problem and the crappy support team sends me an automated message asking the most obvious things like checking my spam/trash folders, making sure it's right e-mail, etc. It's been 2 days and with 3 emails later, I did not get nothing back from support. They don't even have a contact number! So much for looking for a new MMO. Can't even play the game I spent money on..and the lackluster support team don't help either :/
