okay, before I start I'll just say I've only read the first post and I've had like 6 shots tonight. Okay, if you want to lose weight, eat less calorie than you burn. That's simple. If you want to have any significant muscle growth you need to be efficient with your time and watch videos online and ****. It's way easier with a gym membership so idk lol. By the way with building muscle it burns a decent amount of calories building and maintaining muscle. Cardio burns a lot of calories in the actual exercise because it takes a lot of energy. Cardio kinda sucks **** though. k and answers to your questions 1. Do you work out?/ How often? yeah, every week day after school 2. If yes what exercises do you practice? I do benching, pec flys, overhead press (aka military press), rear delts on the machine, squats, calfs with a bar, shrugs with a bar, abs with a 25 lb weight on my chest usually, bicep bar curls (horizantal and kinda slanted grip to get those brachs), lat pull down, tricep machine, using a bar that is stuck in this thing at the edge of a rack that holds it in place and I pull up the bar to work back and ****, and I bike on weekends usually. 3. And did it have any effects on your physical state yet? yeah, I started working out in November and idk what my starting weights were because I used machines a lot but my max bench is 155, max squad is 215, calfs idk cuz you can cheat the **** outta that, I can see a definite growth in my biceps, and i got a lot better at rugby because I got stronger. k |

Crono's right here. For someone just trying to lose weight it's all about intake control. Building muscle and all that is a different story. That doesn't mean a diet of Pop Tarts and Coca Cola would be good for you, though.
