Then why is your title Valve Enthusiast?
Compared to Valve, Graal support is god-tier, not only is Valve support horrid but they also duped an item worth over $10,000USD 59 times because how terrible they are at support.
Blizzard, Jagex, all game companies that are completely professional and still take hours if not days to reply to support issues, just two examples out of hundreds of game companies that are the same.
Factor in that Graal is heavily based on volunteer work and still the support time isn't even that bad, a majority of my tickets were handled at the same rate they would be by other game companies.
OP just copy/paste the receipt e-mail that's all they really require, don't need to have a photo of it.
