I don't like the iEra GUIs or the font, however, (personal opinion), and I think you could improve the server if you were to make them... better.

Of course that's just my personal opinion...

Also the music is sad and depressing (imo) and if it were changed to something upbeat and smooth like Classic, it could go a long way.
