Honestly a samsung is better. It allows you to mess with a lot more than Apple does, plus it has a removable SD card so you have unlimited storage space. It's also pretty easy to use if you would rather just avoid using its features that Apple doesn't let you use.

Agreed. You can literally turn off most of the features and make it into an interface much like ios, especially if you get a custom launcher, not to mention you don't have the restrictions that Apple places on its products.
It all just depends on what you value as a consumer.
