They rarely provide support for the PC client anymore, they don't even have an option for it on the support site. I believe Carlito was the only person managing it and he's been MIA for several months now so it's unlikely that you'll get a reply. There's a few other emails you could try as a last resort but I really wouldn't expect a response.
