Your CPU is way overkill and your GPU will be a bottleneck. If you are spending around $2000 you shouldn't have a graphics card that's found in builds <$1000. I'd suggest getting an i5 6600k and switching the GTX 1060 with the GTX 1070 or even the 1080 if you are willling to spend a bit more.
Your CPU is around $200 more than it should be and will barely even have a 1 fps difference from the skylake processors. I'd either go with an i5 6600k or an i7 6700k.

Hmm, interesting - I was going for the i7-7700 thinking it would be a good choice for future proofing. I'll look at the store and see if I can swap it out for an i7-6700k.
As for the GTX 1060, that's already $400~ here in Australia (as I said, the chart above is just an estimate on price so it may even be higher), buying a GTX 1070 already adds $200 if not more than that and I don't want to push excesively past $2000, so I'm probably just going to stick with the GTX 1060
