(I understand this thread shouldnt be here and send a ticket blah blah, but i have done that ok)
This is getting stupid, I've played graal classic since 2009 and i used an email to identify my account that is old. However the company that provided the email no longer exists meaning i cannot receive any emails linked to said email. This is an issue for me because up until like 2015-16 it was very hard for me to play since I am only logged in on my old device which I'm getting rid off soon. (I cant move to another device since i cannot accept the email as it no longer exists.)
So i send a ticket a few months ago and nothing back, i understand that it may take a long time but this is stupid as i cannot really access my account anymore. Is there anyway for me to transfer my account to a new email in a faster way? thanks.

was this issue ever solved
watch a staff member close this in 5 seconds just because of my curiosity. Anyways was it ever solved ?
