audio visualizer

hi i need a help with audio visualizer, customizable ones.

i downloaded the adobe after effect cc 2015. followed a youtube tutorial and made a 720p, 30fps, 3min w/ qtp format video and it turns out to be a 10gb?? WTF i was expecting 3gb at most... but it only took 3min to export to the desktop, 4 hour to upload to youtube(this is the problem). is there a way to fix this?

right now i am downloading apple motion 5.2 and watching youtube tutorials on how to make audio visualizer with motion5, it seems much more complicated than the adobe AE. but also hoping to see nice small file with h.263 format. fingers crossed.

if u know any other applications pc/mac doesn't matter, that does this good. let me know.
i wonder what OSU use for their intro visualizer.

Export it on Movie maker on the same quality, If the file size goes down delete the Original file and stick with the movie maker file. This works for me, atleast I think it does it brought my 3gb camera recording to mbfile size.

forgot to mention that when i try to open that 10gb file, it converts and takes away 30min. if this process didn't take long yes, i could've recorded with my screen recorder, keep the same quality and bring it down to MBs.

In sony vegas pro there is something a Produce/Export Bar on the top, I'm just guessing maybe it has the same thing, so when you export maybe there is something like that.
