Log in Troubles PC

Decided to give Graal a try but for some reason whenever I try to log in I immediately get booted back to the log in screen. Does the same thing regardless if it's even an existing account or if the password is right/wrong.

Yet I can log in as a guest

Running Windows 10

I've tried that. Also tried:

Reinstalling
Win 7 VM
Win 7
Compatibility mode
Linux
Roommate's computer
Random accounts
Nonexistent accounts

*blocks your sig on ublock*

ok. you reckon it could be that vpn protection **** where IP addresses are just straight up blocked?

I have the exact same problem. It lets me log in on other accounts but whenever I log into my account it turns black for a split second then goes straight to the login screen. I tried logging into the PC forums and it says that there is an unexpected error when logging into my account. This has been happening for about 3-4 months now.

That's actually exactly what's happening to me but it does it with everything. I've tried other accounts and it still does it. Only thing that works are random guest accounts

Ever get this fixed?

BboyEatsbacon 12-24-2016 09:07 PM

I think the only current solution is to have PWA add your pc + IP manually to your account. This seems to have started when they implemented Google Authenticator for 2FA or shortly thereafter when something went weird with the mail system.

My guess is broken API call or outdated credentials. Good luck getting it fixed lol, don't even know who active PWA is tbh. There should really be a message added to elaborate why the authentication fail but at the moment, its nonexistent.

Yeah looks like I'm not going to be getting my account back. The PWA is MIA from what I've heard.

Turns out it was sending account auth to my email but for some bloody reason it wouldn't show up. Eventually found one of the emails and can now log into PC

I lost access to my google authenticator ever since I got a new phone so I can't reauthenticate my account. I have never received any emails either.
